Tony Buczko is an expressionist artist living and working in Beacon, NY.

Educated at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and the Philadelphia College of Art, Tony completed his MFA at the University of Pennsylvania. He has exhibited in group and solo shows domestically and internationally.

“My work is about finding one’s way along a spiritual path of self-expression. It is a process of condensing internal sensations into visual images.

My process is to start with a simple visual idea, and then I allow my sensations and feelings to dictate each next step, adding and subtracting elements until a space is created, with or without figures.

The final artwork is one that I hope the viewer will take the time to reflect upon and enjoy."
